Hi, I’m Jill👋🏻 I am a Holistic Hormone Coach, founder of the Healing Her Movement and a certified essential oil educator. I educate women on how to overcome painful periods and hormone imbalances naturally using holistic methods and God’s help.
As a new mama who’s overcome childhood trauma, a traumatic brain injury, PTSD, domestic violence, postpartum depression, and is currently managing PCOS, I can speak to moms on many different walks of life with empathy & understanding.
