Personal ish

I’m a former cannabis POW. 70 months in Federal prison for marijuana trafficking gave me new perspective on the failed war on drugs and the criminal justice system. Since my release, I’ve been fighting against the dehumanization of my brothers and sisters behind bars and destigmatizing people struggling with mental health and addiction by empowering them to fight for, and define their own recovery.

Humans have been living in harmony with plants🪴and the divine healing power within them for thousands of years. Western medicine and drug policy has destroyed this harmony. I hope for a future where we live deeply in tune with the energy of Mother Earth, and that our policies and culture follow. Guess I’m an eternal optimist. 🤦🏻
