💡As a Vietnamese immigrant, dedicated mother, and seasoned technology executive, my motivation is simple—pave the path with nearly three decades of experience developing resources and resilience so that other women, marginalized by cultural and racial bias may level the playing field to arrive at any destination of success they choose on their own merits, on their own terms, with dignity and authenticity.

🦋 ORIGIN STORY 🦋

My family left our country one day before Saigon fell in 1975. From refugee to immigrant raised in the Deep South, I lived quietly inside the outsider’s lens. Ascending without access, my career plateaued until I found my voice. My book would have never been traditionally published because the formulas for success were not written by people like us who represent the human experience of marginalized professionals.

🏠 Why Clubhouse? Why now? 🏠

My route was much more difficult than it needs to be for anyone, and I want to create a safe space for controversial conversations among influential leaders that will drive change. In my speaking engagements, I’m always asked more questions than we have time to answer. So I’m setting aside every THU 5pm PST / 8pm EST for real stories from real people.
