Greg Garrity is an international speaker, coach and pioneering entrepreneur.

Having been on the board of various care companies for over a decade, Greg designed many training, coaching and support programs for leaving care services, young carers, mental health in the community and domiciliary care of adults, managing hundreds of staff to deliver them across the North of England.

Recognising the growing need for housing in the care sector and recruitment of high quality, approved carers, he then established a successful high street lettings agency and specialist recruitment company to meet these growing demands.

His low-key, high-performance approach to people has been hugely successful both in Europe and the US, leading him to change the course of his career in 2014 when he retired to focus on his true passion. He now uses his extensive business knowledge to develop CEOs of established businesses who have reached a professional plateau and want to achieve their next level of success.

Greg launched Quantum Leadership Development Limited in 2018, bringing a team of Global influencers together to redesign the way that social care is delivered in communities all over the world. This led to the formation of Drive Change For Good, a global movement to support the transformation of the way that Social Care is delivered within communities.
His Book 'Re-Humanisation' will be published in 2021.
