Passion and purpose ignited when I turned to yoga asana to help manage my peace of mind as a personal assistant in Hollywood. After practicing for several years and completing my 200hr training, I felt compelled to deepen my study in the healing sciences. Currently pursuing my Master of Art’s degree in Yoga Studies with a Yoga Therapy concentration at Loyola Marymount University.
