I am a motivational speaker 🔈 and life coach to many and have used my own methods to develop a mindset change for others to be a better version of themselves and use the platform Gist with Kemz on Thursdays 9.30pm to have live 🗣 grown folks conversations with others to uplift, inspire, encourage and speak positively to achieve theses goals. With the guests you never know who or what to expect.

I am also radio 📻 presenter on Talk ‘N’ Vibe which is on Sundays from 7 to 9pm on Tribe Urban Radio 📻
