BQM is a space that pays homage to our Beautiful Melanin Queens. Established in 2017 via Facebook, Black Queens Matter has been recognized by both Essence and Black Enterprise. We welcome you to this interactive movement of uplifting and empowering our fellow Queens and look forward to meeting you!

Black Queens Matter is also home to #BlackQueensBrunch a national monthly event hosted by our BQM Ambassadors. Black Queens Brunch aims to put Black Dollars back into Black Communities while also using our Brunches to not only highlight Black Owned Restaurants but to network and support other Black Women entrepreneurs within the community .
Each month a different Black Owned Restaurant is selected from our cities to serve as the venue of our monthly #BlackQueensBrunch meetups. These restaurant selections are made by the city’s “Black Queen Matter City Ambassador”.
