3 years ago I and my team launched #TheListeners101 a non-profit organisation in the community for the community.

In 2020 #TheListeners101 launched a Mobile App (available on iOS and Android) for young people to talk about anything they need to including thoughts weighing heavily in their minds from debt, suicidal feelings, abuse, gang pressure, bullying, loneliness, university pressure, sexuality, self-harm, peer pressure, drug addiction and abuse, identity and more.

#TheListeners101 is that listening ear where young people can speak freely without being judged. They can talk anonymously and every conversation is confidential.
Young people will be signposted if need be to where the much needed help required is available.

Our youth go through a lot of things they do not tell us or their friends but they want to talk to someone and sometimes someone they do not know so they won't be judged, frowned upon etc... At #TheListeners101 they can talk to us anonymously if they choose because we are just there to listen to them.

Our motto is 'Talk Isn't Cheap'
