A lover of DMCs (deep meaningful conversations) and a distaste for small talk (e.g. what do you do’) led me to start a human connection organisation ‘Trigger Conversations’ (https://www.triggerconversations.co.uk) in 2016. We create spaces and tools to help mindividuals and organisations have higher quality meaningful conversations. Conversations that unlock creativity and new ideas, facilitate real human connection and make you feel alive! To date: 6000 meaningful conversations, 100+ conversation experiences for 1750+ humans.
I’m a personal development addict. I love to explore the world , learn and find my edge… which means I buy too many books, have a diverse schedule and love experimenting with new courses, experiences and life hacks.
