A Club for people with chronic health issues who find medication and western medicine more broadly has failed to support them
For people who wish to find solutions outside the western medical space to their health issues because they see the western model as slow, broken or otherwise limited. For the loved ones of the aforementioned
For medical and mental health practitioners with a rigorous empirical background who feel that the western medical model has failed and can pointedly outline how and why
We hope to create a space that can educate and empower a community of people with chronic health concerns to find safe alternatives in a supportive manner
This Club aims to allow people to get support from each other, from information to advocacy, but ultimately for people to feel understood
We recognise and centre the value of storytelling, from doctors, individuals and experts across various fields. Storytelling is how we communicate our experiences in a way that lets us reach each other because it facilitates empathy
No promoting brands or products : This Club is *not* a platform for people to peddle their own medications or health products, given the context, this would be opportunism and potentially exploitative

No political debating : All things are political. Healthcare is too. These are facts & can be raised but we are not mobilising people to do anything, political justice is not the *focus* of this Club

No scaremongering : No anti-vaxxers
No “X cures Cancer” rhetoric
No conspiracy theorists of any kind.
