I am a keynote speaker on Neurodiversity & Well-Being. A non-linear thinker with an eclectic brain(Neurodivergent) and have more than two decades of behavior insights and change management experience. Through my keynotes I am changing the narrative around Neurodiversity.
I am the founder of Studio Sense, inclusive interior design. Together with my team I guide companies, internationally, towards healthy, sustainable and inclusive workplaces, events and accommodations.

I work with leaders in various industries to guide them through their organizational challenges and help their business to become more Neuro-inclusive. Provide organizations with the knowledge and tools to benefit from having a Neurodiverse workforce and to understand the value of Neurodiversity.

I don’t shy away from expressing my thoughts straightforwardly. Besides this I am a big advocate of well-being and authenticity. The common thread in my work is our brain, talent, traits, skills and unconscious biases. Thanks to my extensive experience I know how to break through barriers and provide new insights.

I have a strong passion for advising organizations on how to create a clear process of support for Neurodivergent employees and how to attract, and retain Neurodiverse talent. One of my favorite quotes: ‘Ego is the bully of our authenticity’.

I lived and work in different countries and speaks multiple languages. I’ve traveled around the world and now she embraces the nomad working lifestyle. You can mostly find her in The Netherlands, Greece or Germany. Her favorite office is her Greek office with a stunning view on the Ionian sea.
