Beatrice Beverly has extensive experience in Conflict Management, Personality Assessment, Team Building initiatives, Community Activism, Youth Leadership and Development, Youth Program Design and Mentor/Life Coaching for families, youth, and women. She is a trained Diversity’s Consulting Pairs® facilitator by Pope Consulting, where the approach is designed to enable individuals and teams to navigate conflict achieving resolution by addressing tension in workplace relationships that stems from racial inequities and/or discrimination or perceived inequities or discrimination. Furthermore, Beatrice is a skilled certified DiSC® facilitator and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Beatrice is a CICF Ambassador where she is tasked to ensure that every day under- appreciated Central Indiana residents voices are heard and that needed resources and social capital are considered in the foundation's work through advocacy, urgency, and equity. She is the Co-Director of Stop the Violence Indianapolis, Inc., which specializes in community engagement, empowering youth and families, life skills training, mentorship and coaching to youth and their families. In addition, she is President, CEO of Genesys Solutions, where life skills training, corporate training, habilitation training (servicing children diagnosed with a mental illness), DEI training and assessments are their specialty. She has a passion for helping people and enjoys bringing diverse thoughts together in an organized fashion to meet business, community, and family objectives with actionable solutions. When approached with challenging issues, she creatively seeks solutions that benefit the progression of the business, project team, family and the community. She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Beatrice servers as the BOD President for NAMI Greater Indianapolis and is a board member for PYOCA Camp and Retreat Center. She serves on the Family Board of Directors for the Juvenile Services Division and is part of their racial equity steering committee. She is a published author, Power Skills presenter, and motivational speaker. She is a certified Child Mental Health Worker, Parent to Parent Peer Support Specialist. She is a certified facilitator for Strengthening Families, Too Good For Drug and Violence and NAMI Basic. In addition, she is an experienced IT professional who understands program and project implementation with expertise in Quality/Validation,
