I am extremely passionate about helping others 💖
I help facilitate others on their mind, body and soul path. Using different tools such as yoga, fitness, energy work, breath work, nutritional guidance, and coaching to help them reach their goals and reach their optimal health and well-being ☀️
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, yoga for trauma teacher, kids yoga teacher, yoga for seniors teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy® practitioner and instructor, Sacred Soul Alignment practitioner, Reiki practitioner, Certified Angel Guide, nutrition consultant and coach✨
I am also an animal rights, human rights, environmental, and mental health advocate 🪶🌎🧠💞
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to help others 🙏
Whether that be a person, animal, plant, or a bug, it didn’t matter what needed help, I was there to assist in whatever way I could💗🐾🌱🦋
Growing up, I experienced quite a bit of trauma and abuse, and I subconsciously used sports and fitness to help manage my mental health🦾
Fast forward through my long-time experiences with PTSD, anxiety, depression, health issues, multiple concussions, and breathing issues (scarred lungs) I continue to help heal myself with yoga, energy therapies, fitness, meditation, and other forms of self-care🌹🧘♀️🥗
I work with kids, teens, adults and even animals. I take all the tools I have learned and developed creating programs, routines, treatments, etc. and use them to help others along their unique journeys in a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental way🥰🌈
