In a past life, I was an editor, project manager and production manager for book packagers who create and deliver fully conceived books from idea to trade publisher’s warehouse. I’ve worked my way up from general dogsbody (AKA publishing assistant, I was the first person my boss hired that didn’t come from her AA meeting) and before that, you could find me selling books in a bookshop.

I’m a slightly-lapsed-CrossFitter, not-too-bad-singer, mum-of-three-noisy-children (and I like a good red wine 🍷).
