I was my client.....I suffered for over two decades with various forms of eating disorders and self abuse. All I wanted was to love myself but I had no idea how. Every day was a living hell. I don’t want this for you. I am passionate about helping others remember who they really are and help them end their self created suffering.

Nothing brings me more satisfaction than helping my clients wake up🤯 and move beyond the mind! In doing this they naturally move into alignment with who they are and a life they love ❤️
