I have a constant curiosity to cultivate and to share my learning in yoga, biomechanics and embodiment practices. I am an Embodied Yoga Principles Teacher and eclectically influenced by different yoga and movement disciplines - Budokon, Primal Movement and Dance to name a few. I am an advocate of self care, outdoor play, an avid trail runner and a former white water rafting guide . Known for my fun and and let’s “embrace awkward” attitude , I am the founder of Flow Yoga Teacher Training, lead classes and workshops along with private classes and mentor other teachers.

My intention is on meeting yourself where you are as you inhabit your body using a mix of diverse movement, somatic practices, biomechanics, yoga therapy, Embodied Yoga Principles and a “what if” approach . I invite you to be playful as you make your process an inquiry (rather than an inquisition) - physically , mentally, emotionally. Choice is the gift of this awareness practice as you shine light on habits that no longer serve you positively and gain tools to help you live your free and full human self - on and off the mat.
