📌Started my gym out of my garage a decade ago. I asked my best friend across the street, “hey you wanna come try this CrossFit thing?” Then a few more friends came over. 🥴It’s creepy to ask people to come over to my garage.... I know.

In 2012 I had to make a decision as my house went on the market: shut it all down or keep this community going. Then CF845 was made official when I signed the lease to my first gym space. 🎉 It took off from there. But I realized I wasn’t good with people... I was GREAT. I built and forged long lasting relationships that I still have to this day. I put everything into my people. Still do.

I wasn’t in the gym business. I was in the business of people. The incredible workouts were just a byproduct.

Now CF845 has generated well over 7 figures. But even better, the impact on the people has been overwhelmingly effective. People over profit. 🤑

Who knew that that one, creepy invite to my garage to workout would spark my career into what is now a highly successful CrossFit gym in the Hudson Valley? 🥴😀💰
