Developed the Seasonal Model, a model whose name is inspired by Miriam Ungunmerr, an Aboriginal elder of the Daly river in the Northern Territory of Australia, and her reflection of the concept of dadirri: an inner contemplation, a quiet awareness and allowing things to unfold in their own time just like the seasons.
