I teach physicians how to start, run and grow their private practices and leverage them into multiple revenue streams.
After leaving my academic and group practices, I started my own private practice. I grew it to 11 providers. And built the 25K sq ft office building that housed my 23 exam room clinic and my multi-specialty ASC. I built and owned an anesthesia company, added an imaging center, Physical therapy, massage, Chiro, and psych services. Have sold businesses to private equity and publicly traded companies.
