I had a wonderful academic and clinical career for more than 10 years. But I wanted more autonomy, creativity, flexibility. The “machine” of medicine just wasn’t rewarding anymore.

I started my first company in 2010, and since then have become profitable as an entrepreneur, paid speaker, consultant, and course creator.

In fact, I transitioned out of clinical medicine entirely, though I still occasionally do volunteer work.
