I provide training and development in the areas of Leadership Development, Performance Management, Performance Measurement, Grant Management, Grant Writing, Strategic Planning, Results-Based Accountability, Collective Impact, and Capacity Building.

My primary areas of interest include community collaboration, community engagement, asset based community development, organization leadership, conflict manage, diversity, equity, inclusion and data usage.

Currently working on Manifesting my vision of authoring my first book and growing my consulting business.
