Hadi Farhadi received his Ph.D. degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from National University Malaysia (UKM), in September 2014. He received his MA in Industrial organizational psychology from National University Malaysia (UKM), in July 2011, his BA in Industrial organizational psychology from Isfahan University, Iran.
Hadi Farhadi is an assistant professor in the department of Psychology, Faculty of Educational Sciences & Psychology, Isfahan (Khorasgan) Branch, Islamic Azad University, where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses. His main research interests include Industrial organizational psychology specially, employees' mental health and new generation of addictive behavior such as game and internet addiction. He authored/coauthored several journals and conference papers. Also, he is doing several research project in field of I/O Psychology in organizations. He is also serving as human resource counselor and industrial psychologist, in several company in Iran.
