💦Our skin is the largest organ, hence we need not only to Pay attention to the type of water that we drink, we need to pay attention to the water we cook 🥘, bathe 🛁and shower 🚿 with 🐥🌊🎣

I work as a facilitator empowering people to have the courage to try alternative health products and therapies to improve and maintain their health.

Pre lockdown I ran mini workshops educating people about :
💦 Water and it’s value.
🧖‍♀️Essential oils for 🛀 bathing relaxing and meditating 🧘
Mindfulness when choosing cookware.🥘

I also encourage people to look into the mirror of themselves and turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones to the real life.

I am affiliated with various businesses that support the products I personally use.

I am a qualified Aroma touch therapist using essential oils to release stress and heal through reflexology.💆🏽

On a personal level. I am a Fibromyalgia survivor., I have transformed my lifestyle to live and cope with the condition and get the best out of life without dependency on medication.
Supported many awareness days promoting the positive practical ways of dealing with the fibromyalgia.

On a spiritual level, I believe in the creator. Through my personal study and research I recognise the creator has a name . JEHOVAH. YHWH.
I read the Bible daily .
I Pray, Study, Meditate and Apply the teachings to the best of my ability.
I am an avid user of the JW.org website and I use this to reach out to the masses and conduct free Bible studies for anyone searching.

I am motivated by 💖LOVE💖 for the human race. The JW.org website has something for every man tribe and nation and in my mind it’s fullfilment of prophecy. Jehovah’s name and meaning will be made known.
It’s content is in over 1000 languages so all have the opportunity to choose for themself if they love ❤️ 💖The good news going out to all nations💝💕💖Please try it for yourself.
