To be honest I legit want to connect with people and inspire them and be inspired by them.

Is there anything better and more fulfilling than serving your brother or sister, community and the world?

I coach people through their health and fitness goals but always with a focus on fun and sustainability. I encourage a belief that “its a lifestyle”. When you begin to think this way you begin to live in alignment with your values and the way you do something is the way you do everything.

The first step therefore is to decide what is this “lifestyle” you want and start to dream of it, think of it, speak of it, live like it and finally be about it. The journey isn’t about what you achieve rather it is who you become!!!!
