I'm a 💫spiritual business coach 🧠mindset mentor and creator of the Anatomy of Money System, a holistic mind-body system for living and thriving emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually as your Whole SELF. (vs. allowing only certain parts of you to show up in certain situations, but you're never able to fully self-express).

I draw on ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience, storytelling and visualization to help my clients blast through limiting, subconscious patterns, beliefs and habits and step into greater emotional, financial and spiritual freedom than they ever thought possible.

I'm kinda like an electrician: I help you reconnect those parts of you that blow a fuse, go dark, disconnect any time it gets hard. I help you stay lit 24/7, no matter what the external conditions are.

I'm also an archaeologist: I help you dig up old, valuable parts of you you've buried and forgotten about. I have x-ray vision into the subconscious so I can see where you're hiding your light and your brilliance.

I love learning, growing, reading, writing, cooking, travel, meditation, yoga, Mother Nature, and living in the body temple that houses me.
