Unfortunately for some people who have depression, this is not a straight forward road to take. Like myself, I have dealt with Bipolar depression for many years. I have overcome so much in life, and I have learned so much. My intent for this room is to teach what I have learned on my mindset journey, and lessons I have learned on my journey to living a happier life with my depression while going after my goals and walking in my purpose. As a mindset depression advocate , I understand what it's like to try to go after your dreams with depression, it is hard, but we can get through it together.
