All of my life I had a problem.
That problem was me!
I suffered from depression and anxiety for 30 years.
I thought that was my lot in life. I thought that was all I deserved.
I hid my depression well. I was highly functioning but I was masking my pain with alcohol and prescription pain pills.
Eventually my life collapsed around me. My marriage failed and I tried to take my own life.

It was in my darkest hour that I found the light to hold on to. A voice from within said “I AM HERE”

From that day on I chose to live a better life. Find the answers to my problems and resolve them. After a few years of daily work on myself I realised I was depression Free.

Now I devote my time to helping others find their way out of their depression.

I am available to give talks to groups about life and changing yourself for the better. Living your own perfect life.
