E. UdayaKumar is the Managing Director of PROMPT GROUP OF COMPANIES. The company called - Prompt Trade Fairs India Private Limited is involving Exhibition Industry past 20 years.

The company has conducted more than 600+ Exhibitions in all over India.

Mr. E. UdayaKumar basically was an Journalist worked with leading Television Network - Sun Net work till 2000. Before he was partnering with Share Market Journal called ' Capital & Business Post' and some of leading Business Jounal.

He was the Editor of Various Business and Induatrial Magazines. After he was started a Publication Company called ' Prompt Publication' in the year of 2000, October.

Builder Line, Automobile World Monthly Magazines are publishing through this Prompt Publication past 21 years. and more than 300 + Books related to Construction Industry were publishd from this publishing Company and he wrotes and published several Books.


Mr. UdayaKumar is the President of Exhibition Organisers Association of South India past 4 years and he was surved as the President of Tamil Nadu Magazine Publishers Association in the year 2014-16.

And also he is involving Rotary International Social Organisation. He was the Club President in the year 2010-11 and Surved as the Assist Governor in the year 2016. And also he was the Dist Polio Plus Chairman consecutive 5 years 2012- 2016 and 2018. He was participated 4 times in South Asia Polio Eradication Conference which was held in Delhi, under the support of Central Govt of India.
