I’ve been a quester on the ChiQi path since back in the last millennium when my lad was little & am still learning as each day, hour, minute and moment presents a fresh opportunity to choose where I prefer to be in my mind & body so my soul is at ease. I was HomeFree for 5 years until the Isle of Avalon called me home 18 months ago 🙏💛✨

I love to turn people onto their ChiQiness and bring the fun into profundity 😁🙃

My passions & go-to for self care is Elemental Qigong moves and meditations with added sound, dance, drums and song - where the chi invites me, I explore.

I offer a year long Qigong Wisdom course which some say is a teacher training programme but I prefer not to advertise as such. There are the 7 week Elemental Qigong season-inspired courses that keep us juiced up with Water, Wood, Air, Fire, Earth, Metal & Cosmos as the year revolves.

One2one sessions are like gold, you maybe only need one to up your Qi component in whatever you are up to! I like to encourage self empowerment not dependence.

I have a virtual meeting place called The ChiQi Temple and will dare myself to open a room in here with the same name - still new in here, I’ll get my Clubhouse skills honed in others rooms first.

I love to have energy based convos of a deep human and high vibed spirit level nature, so, let’s play!
