Went back to Haiti 10 years ago right before the earthquake that devastated the island and made it my mission that I would contribute to change the country’s culinary & hospitality industry. In the past 10 years I’ve been privileged to be a culinary ambassador for Haiti. My mission and purpose is to continue contributing to changing the culinary environment in Haiti. My ultimate goal is to create opportunities for young aspire-ring Culinarians and ultimately building a school in Haiti.
