CH’s first Vietnamese food club!

EVERYONE is welcome here, whether you are a Vietnamese food lover, cook, chef, foodpreneur, or just curious about Vietnamese food.

We created this club because we feel Vietnamese cuisine is under-represented in global conversations about its uniquely delicious, sophisticated taste (influenced by our rich history and geography), and in clean, healthy eating & cooking. We will fill your bucket with history, beauty and philosophy in Vietnamese culture through food and the methodology of cooking, eating, and pairings, specifically edible herbs in your garden.

OUR MISSION:

☑️ To put Vietnamese food on the map by expanding your Viet food palette far beyond “phở” & “bánh mì”
☑️ To demystify Vietnamese food by making it accessible for everyone to cook their favorite Vietnamese dishes in their own kitchens.
☑️ To connect with each other and create deeper understanding among different cultures.
