When I snapped my Achilles playing Rugby in 2005 and decided to launch Aldelia, I did not know that I will be engaging on a path to have such an Impact towards African Talents.

Today, I head up a global company working with the main International players but also a growing number of start up and run a fantastic multicultural Team with a Unique footprint in Africa. 15 offices, run by local managers with international experience. 50% of them are women!

We are supporting both Talents to find a job and companies to find talents. It seems dead simple, but, it was not existing.

Aldelia has now developed de methodology do build Skills observatory. We are analysing the current and future competences needed. We are assessing the existing competencies and capacities on the market. We identify the gaps and we put in place a training strategy to feel the gaps. Long term strategy to have an impact on the generations coming.
