I am French living in London! I arrived in London in 2014 to start from Fresh (after 2 years of recovering physically and mentally from a bad car crash). I was barely speaking English and I only knew a stranger (who is now my husband) I met online! Since then I have built up relationships with very good friends, I am married, have a lovely puppy and... I graduated and become a life coach which means ❤️🤩🍀💫

I know a lot about resilience!
I had a difficult childhood, lost my father and had an abusive stepfather.... At 20 I decided to start therapy, I was a mess but I did not want these past events to define who I am.
While working on myself I managed to get my master in marketing and international trade! It was not easy to keep the focus on my studies because I was in a real mess but I did it and it was actually helping as I was accomplishing things, it was balancing out the negative emotions and thoughts. And each time I wanted more of these positive things!🎉🎉

This is only one example of my life battles and I am sharing it with you because this is what lead me to become a coach, to help people to build an empowered life as opposed to let different life events define who you are and who you’re becoming. I work from where you are now and help you become the person you want to be!

I have empathy, I know it can be difficult at time to move forward when you feel anxiety, lack confidence or have doubts etc.. but I also know it is possible! I did it and If I did it, trust me you can. So I am all about challenging you by helping you see the situation from a different perspective.
