Question: So what exactly do I mean when I say reproductive health?

Answer: I am an advocate of informed consent and I educate women and their partners on best practices for non hormonal birth control or the fertility awareness method.

Myth: Fertility awareness is about JUST about getting pregnant.

Answer: Fertility awareness covers the spectrum of the entire journey from the onset of puberty to menopause.

*Bonus: Understanding your body as a woman is a freedom that elevates so many aspects of life outside of just either prevention of pregnancy or the journey to becoming pregnant.
