Because Age is Just A Number, fibro warrior, Certified Personal Trainer & mother 💪🏾💪🏾
I certified as personal trainer, I was 50. I’ve recently launched my fitness business, personal trainer service, online live interactive classes and a fitness hub .

Prior to this I was a salsa and bachata dancer teacher and promoted my own club nights for more than 10 years.
I want to inspire others to keep moving and also hopefully make a few realise age is just a number.
