Based in Northern Virginia, where I met my husband, Matthew. We lost our son, Maddox, in June 2019, just 23 days after he was born due to several congenital heart defects. We later found out that he was born with Williams Syndrome, and due to this syndrome, he developed these heart anomalies. 18 months later, we’ve been blessed enough to bring into the world his little sister, Grace. Since my son’s passing, I’ve used my platform to talk about the waves of grief, pregnancy after loss, and parenting a child after loss.
