I’m Grant Griffiths. Some call me a citizen of the world. I’ve lived in both hemispheres, living and working in many different countries in a career spanning 3 decades working with and leading some of the world’s largest and most recognised organisations.

These days my business life as an advisor and non executive director (NED) is no less frenetic.

I work with Boards, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs helping businesses of all sizes to succeed by helping them develop and grow, even in times of adversity.

I’m a globally recognised expert in business transformation, risk management, corporate governance / ESG, sustainability M&A and strategy.

With the growing focus on challenges such as corporate purpose, energy transition, digitisation, increased regulation, and uncertainty, experience and a proven track record is the game changer in today’s fast-paced business world.

Some people say I’m a little crazy given my life-long interest in politics. I’ve worked with governments, oppositions, cabinets and individual politicians, devising their strategy, working on government policy and managing political campaigns on three continents - and that was just for fun!
