Aging Backwards-at the age of 50, I was diagnosed Borderline Diabetic, Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Over weight; and was able to reverse the illnesses in-spite of Family history by changing eating habits and implementing a workout regimen. 4 months after diagnosis, I was 40lbs lighter, with No symptoms of previous diagnosis and No medications.
