I am a psychiatrist in private practice at Apollo Psychiatry, PLLC, in Plano, TX.

In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Antiracism Consultant with a group of BIPOC psychiatrists. In this consultative work, I focus on the psychodynamics of leadership and groups, structural racism and sexism, anti-oppression, and organizational diagnosis and culture change.

I currently serve on the Massachusetts Psychiatric Society’s Anti-Racism Taskforce and collaborate with colleagues to address implicit and explicit bias in medical training and patient care.

I am a clinical content master for healthcare equity apps, services, products, and ideas. I mentor several MIT Hacking Racism Hackathon winning teams.

I am here to learn and connect with others who are passionate about anti-oppression and system change.
