Highly dedicated, innovative, and goal-driven, Alicia Partee is a spearheading Executive Pastor whose underlying mission is to break down barriers, advance organizational functions, and encourage others to live out their lives with meaningful prosperity. With over 20+ years of leadership experience, Alicia has cultivated the fundamental skills to surface new exceptional levels of operational development and enjoys leveraging her expertise to create the perfect roadmaps that not only meet business objectives, but exceed them every time.

Alicia holds a rooted background involving Information Systems, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Leadership from William Jessup University, and completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Western Seminary. She held several roles throughout her professional life, such as a Director, Project Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Non-Profit Board Member, and led projects and teams for diverse industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, start-ups to nonprofits in Silicon Valley. Along with this, Alicia has recently begun supporting women's development at the Professional Women's Network in Oslo. Collectively, these experiences and Alicia’s commitment have resulted in her earning several awards, including the nomination for INSEAD Best CEO, the AT&T Golden Globe Award and the Innovation Business Award.

As a passionate professional, nothing makes Alicia happier than implementing pragmatic infrastructure innovations and mindset shifts that allow both people and companies to reach their full potential. She has a true ardency for her career and demonstrates that through strategic design efforts and methodologies that steer organizations to obtain their future goals, all while staying aligned with the overall purpose and vision. This, in conjunction with her reputation for always staying within budget, and keen focus on employee engagement/assignment completion rates, have all positioned Alicia to become the inspirational, faith-based leader she is today.
