I serve women and young people create and sustain healthy lifestyles through proper Diet, Herbs, Aromatherapy, Panchakarma, Yoga and Meditation practices.

From a very young age I learned that to heal and love others; we must first set it in motion for ourselves by unlearning internalized oppressive behaviours via Self-knowledge and Self-awareness.
Yoga is the practice of freedom and liberation in the intervention of reality.
My commitment to the excluded, the powerless, the marginalized, the hungry, illiterate, traumatized, oppressed; the people who suffer with them, stand and fight by their side - I am that; that I am.
