I know all too well how self-sabotaging behaviours - fear of failure, impostor syndrome, procrastination, comparisonism and perfectionism - can stifle creativity. Been there, done that and got the t-shirt and it held me back for years!

Now, I blend my love of human behaviour, neoroscience and psychology with my knowledge of marketing, sales and counselling.
