I help women in leadership restore their personal power, amplify their voice, and transform their leadership presence for maximum influence, while banishing burnout and leadership fatigue.

I am the founder of Malone Consultants Group based in Northwest Arkansas serving a global audience for Women in Leadership.

After 25 years in the Human Resources Corporate space, I just got tired and frustrated of seeing women being tired and frustrated in trying to “balance” their personal and professional lives and feeling like they were failing. When in fact, they were not failing! They just needed a safe space to name & claim their core values and lead, connect and make decisions from that lens. When they did this, they finally were able to take a deep breath and live the life they truly wanted!

My family and I travel the country in our camper visiting National Parks, hidden gems, and anywhere there is water and trees. I also love to read multiple books at a time, meditate, and network with other Women in Leadership.
