I am a Transformational Life Coach helping single moms over 40 to live a life of harmony 🕊️am also a single mom with 2 adult children, in which the youngest was diagnosed with adhd at age 7, my own journey of struggles and frustration of parenting a behaviorally challenged child has lead me to my passion & my purpose
of helping to support other moms.
As a woman and mom who went through childhood trauma, divorce, financial devastation, lack of self esteem , physical and emotional abuse and not feeling that I am enough. I am learning to believe in myself and to know that I am good enough and that I have so much in me to give and so much love and compassion for others. Everything that I have been through in life has knocked me down but I am still standing strong because God is not finished with me. There is so much in me and if I can overcome and push through YOU CAN TOO !!!
