🧠Certified Food Safety expert with more than a decade of experience in food safety implementation, training, and auditing. Food safety standards are my focus, additionally with expertise in standards for quality, environmental protection, health and safety, business continuity, and risk assessment.
✍🏻Currently on the position of Product Manager Certification & Training Food Standards of Quality Austria where I am also an accredited auditor and trainer with more than 600 audits performed in different industries and more than 1,000 people trained.
🫀I have a vision for finding new ways to analyze risks in food safety and the defining of methods and tools that will be used in food industries. My strategy is to develop and research new topics in food safety, presenting them through webinars, training, forums, video blogging, and publications.
