I am an enterprising individual with a thirst to keep learning and growing. I started as an Organic Lead Generation Manager at an edu-tech company right after completing Aerospace Engineering. This start gave me a different perspective on my passion for events which led me to organise over 50 conferences & 700+ workshops between 2017 - 2019.

After which I decided to diversify my portfolio and work in the tech world to learn the craft of building scalable organisation.

During the pandemic lockdown, I finally decided to start a small events and marketing agency (in August of 2020) in which we did INR 40 L+ revenue in less than 6 months. This agency is now pivoting to building GuruKonnect.

Vision 
Enable responsible educators to build knowledge ecosystems that can facilitate curiosity driven learning. 
We live in a time where remote learning has become an integral part of our lives. We are being taught via online learning platforms, no matter the age or geography. In the current learning ecosystem, students decide as per the available choice of courses, not educators. This leads to a lack of curiosity, choice and most importantly, decision making. By building Guru driven knowledge ecosystems, we enable a student to choose why they want to learn before they choose the what & how. 

Mission  
To build a strong social media & earning profile for 10000+ educators, globally by 2025.

As for my other part of life, I am heavily devoted to passion and curiosity driven education. I mentors students who are passionate about Event Management on the 'how to's of a career in this field. I started working as a Captain at MyCaptain in August 2020, and till date I have mentored over 2000 students.

I love reading books and watching series & movies. A small guilty pleasure of mine is to watch cringe movies from the 90's and 2000's! if anyone is up for a cringe marathon, do ping me!
