LESSONS I HAVE LEARNED 👨🏽‍🎓
- The energy to power your future, is locked in the trauma from your past. And the only way out, is through.
- Lessons are repeated until learned.
- The universe is under no obligation to make sense to you.
- Our bodies natural way of protecting itself, is no different than an oyster turning a piece of sand into a pearl. Except this pearl… this pearl is like an iron slug. Our bodies are meant to process energy OUT, and by keeping it inside… it festers. One of the many reasons why I love Princess Mononoke 🐺 : one of the first monsters of that movie is a boar who had an iron bullet lodged in his body. And it killed him, and turned him into a demon. A drastic expression... but true to me nonetheless.

Oh, and if you like DragonBall Z, ayahuasca, shrooms, comic books, pop culture, parenting and living… we will get along just fine.
