* Inclusive moderation. When we make a mistake, we will acknowledge it and adapt to feedback. I don’t believe any person can claim to have a safe space but we will create a brave space full of love, respect, humility, and power to every person who enters.

No filibustering.: It’s not a conversation if you don’t let other people speak. If you go over 2 min, you will be given a 30 second warning to wrap it up and if you continue to hog the mic, you’ll be moved offstage.
No gaslighting.: If you display any behaviors found in researched tactics of manipulation used by oppressive abusive people trying to assert power over others, you will be moved offstage.
