Marriage is a contractual agreement between a man, a woman and God. God should ALWAYS be THE FOUNDATION of marriage in order for it to be successful. Scripture says in Mark 6:8-9 and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.” Marriage requires work, it’s not always going to be easy but it’s worth fighting for.
