Welcome to Rawdah Islamic Center of Delaware.

We pray that الله allows us to do justice in providing traditional services to the community in a virtual format. We are here for your service and are equally eager to embark on this new journey with you.

Masjid Ar Rawdah is an online Islamic community designed to meet the needs of Muslims globally. This masjid was founded and developed by Imam Shadeed Muhammad in 2020. With the many obstacles that distance Muslim communities today, Masjid Ar Rawdah endeavors to offer a complete, comprehensive, and technological approach to Islamic learning, socializing, and spiritual development within the framework of community.

Masjid Ar Rawdah provides access to a series of Islamic lectures, Friday sermons (Khutbahs), Islamic articles, books, audios and videos, as well as a space where Muslims can capture the feeling of being part of a community.

We believe that a solemn connection to Allah (God) should not be restricted to presence and/or absence of a physical building. And given our current social changes and challenges it is imperative now more than ever, that we maintain our relationship with Islam. We aim to utilize all of the available avenues and opportunities that are within our reach.

The Qur’an informs us that no matter where we turn our faces, Allah is there, “To Allah belongs the east and the west. So, wherever you turn, you will be facing Allah. Indeed Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.” (Al Qur’an 2:115)
